Information clause

The controller of personal data is the entity KFE Holding Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Czerniakowska Street No. 71, KRS number: 0000255059. You can identify us with the brand we own, i.e.: KomFort Builing in Europe, KomFort BASE, Legal Building and Mediren.

We process all personal data for purposes related to the current cooperation, maintenance of mutual relations or will to establish cooperation in the future. In addition, we can process data for marketing and information purposes, e.g. on the ongoing operations of our company as part of the newsletter service. The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

  1. Consent (art. 6 par. 1 let. a of the GDPR) - in a situation when we have not yet established business cooperation, and we want to inform you about our operations or offer;
  2. Obligation expressed in the legal provision (art. 6 par. 1 let. c of the GDPR) - in a situation when you lodge a complaint concerning services provided by our company, or when provisions (in particular) of tax law impose on us obligations to store information for evidential purposes;
  3. Agreement concluded (art. 6 par. 1 let. b of the GDPR) - in a situation when we have established cooperation, on the basis of the agreement, the processing of personal data, e.g. of your employees is necessary for the correct provision of the service;
  4. Legally justified interest we pursue (art. 6 par. 1 let. f of the GDPR):

 

  • in a situation when you have already been our customers and as part of the cooperation we want to keep you informed about the operations of our company and the offer (marketing of own products or services),
  • in a situation when we terminate the cooperation, we will continue to store some information for the purpose of defining, defending, asserting mutual claims (archival purposes).

 

Currently, we are not planning to disclose your personal data to the extent other than necessary for the proper provision of services, i.e. on our behalf, your data may be processed by entities entrusted with certain tasks in the field of IT systems maintenance.

We do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data relating to the data subject, rectify it, delete it or limit the processing, or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data; In this regard, please contact our company by e-mail to the following address: rodo@komfort.be

In certain situations (described above), we process your data on the basis of your consent. You always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of such consent does not mean that the processing we performed so far ceases to be admissible/lawful. Please be advised that your withdrawal of granted consents makes it impossible for us to continue sending the newsletter and commercial information. You can withdraw your consent by sending the statement in this matter by e-mail to the following address: rodo@komfort.be.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We will store your personal data:

  • until you submit the request to delete data (in cases when you can effectively exercise this right);
  • until you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes;
  • in other situations, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the assumed goal.

We obtained your personal data directly from you (on the occasion of concluded agreements) or from widely available sources, such as registers of entrepreneurs: CEIDG or KRS. The scope of the data we obtained in this way includes: company name, basic contact and address details, subject of economic activity.

Each provision of your personal data is voluntary. The failure to provide the data does not cause any negative consequences for you.

KFE Holding Sp. z o. o. processes the data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation).
