Declaration concerning the posting of employees
Each foreign employer intending to perform services and posting of workers in France is obliged to declare the posting of his workers before the secondment.
The declaration must obtain certain information – according to article R.1263-3 et R.1263-4 of French labour code.
The declaration must contained detailed information such as data of company, representative, posted employees, costs related to secondment, minimum salary for employees etc.
Each change of performing services as well as changes in secondment of employees must be declared to ministry as soon as possible.
